During the last seven years Michelle has had some wonderful successes as well as setbacks in her dream to become a recording artist. But all throughout this period local media has been very kind to her in that they have given her quite a bit of attention and in the manner to how they approached each article written about her. Michelle Lea has ended up on the front page of the Independence Examiner 5 times in five years - here are two.
This Front Page article in the Kansas City Star showcased Michelle's quest to be on American Idol.
These articles were written in the Independence Examiner regarding the "Wave of Hope" Variety Show - Fund Raiser organized by Michelle Lea to help tsunami victimes when Michelle was 12 years old.
Michelle also gave a radio Interview with 106.5 The Wolf. They wanted to interview her for becoming a Regional Finalist for Nashville Star. We have a recording of this interview on video and was edited to the "Road To Nashville" DVD.
FAME
In her first attempt at a leading role, Michelle knocks it out of the park at her High School Musical, FAME.
